Know Yourself, Know GOD, Be in Eternal Love-Peace

Self-pity is the cause of all life's grievances. Through away the ignorance and ego; and march forward in life with joy. GOD is always with us then what is there to worry about.

The "Kingdom of Heaven" is in the hearts of those who realize GOD. Therefore, there is no source of happiness other than that in the heart of man. Happy is he who does good to others; miserable is he who expects good from others. Find out who are you? and what is "Heart" and where "Heart" is? Till then do not rest.

People keep wandering and saying GOD, GOD, GOD (Supreme Personality/ Consciousness/ Spirit/ Cause, Allah, Jehova, Om, Tao....). But none knows the GOD. Those who GOD their hearts do not have struggles. Their mind is free from attractions and aversions. Their speech and actions are free from passion-anger-greed-attraction-ego. They are in eternal love and peace. GOD bless us all in the name of Saints and Prophets. Amen.

Destroy all (temples, mosques, churches,...) that you can but never destroy a heart. 

Heart is abode of the beloved GOD.

Always be like water of flowing river in spring season. Do not vaporize in the fire of sufferings and do not get frozen in the chill of happiness.

As we feel, think, speak and act for ourselves and others; the same we will become.

GOD alone deserves all love, and the freedom of love is in giving it to GOD. Forget not that GOD lives in all hearts. Enjoy every moment and action of life with thanks-gratitude to GOD.

Science of Mantra Jaap

Mantra Jaap refers to utter or repeat holy names with tongue, breadth, and mind. Then Ajapaa (effortless Jaap) starts followed by Anahad (un-struck melody) followed by assimilation of Surat (flow or attention or current of Soul) into Shabd (word or essence of absolute supreme being or Supreme Soul). And this can only happen by grace of GOD and SATGURU (resource of grace of GOD for disciple or manifestation of Godly attributes or representative of GOD or a pure mirror of heart which reflects divine). 

Our mouth and throat has connections with all nerves in body. Various points in mouth and throat are like keys of this Body Piano. Movement of tongue during recitation of Mantra hits these keys and reverberates different subtle energy centers in body which corresponds to individual letters of a Mantra. Vocal recitation of Mantra also purifies body-mind and environment. So, we must speak Mantras and prayers out-loud and correctly when in a group practice. Recitation of Mantra along with breadth assists in connecting body with mind. 

Mantra with rhythm of breadth with certain body posture is called Pranayama (regulation or control of breadth and attention), which assists in awakening of Kundalani Shakti (Corporeal Energy). Breadth is a bridge between body and mind. Mantra Jaap by mind is more subtle and needs more attention and grace of GOD. Mind is the bridge between outer self and true self. 

Collective remembrance of GOD in any form purifies, inspires and strengthens us all. Help yourself and help others. GOD bless us all with perfect faith and fame.

True Love

True love flows like river Ganges; purifying, nurturing and satisfying all who would drink the water.

True love has no reason but survival without it is not possible.

Desire to see, touch, and to seek returns is love of mind, not true love. Where there is no selfishness and one wants good of all, that alone is true love.

Whose love is equal for life in all forms including animals, and trees; his (or her) heart is abode of GOD. This is called Universal Love.

Love is not a feeling but pure creative-spiritual energy at highest level.

Always remember and love GOD with full faith and patience. Our every action should increase the love of GOD in our hearts.

GOD is LOVE

God looks after, remembers, nurtures, guides, and protects us, always. And that rain of grace and mercy which is always on us is love. So, we may say that GOD is LOVE.

God is creator, cause and support of all that exists. Creation, its existence and activities have foundation of love. So, we may say LOVE is GOD.

Where there is LOVE, there is also PEACE. And where there is PEACE, there is PURITY also. And where there is PURITY, there is PIOUSNESS. Attributes of GOD are infinite and we can not perceive and describe them all.

Purification of the heart-mind by remembrance of GOD and to experience our true self to know GOD should be our purpose. Once our mirror of heart is clean, the light of GOD, will shine in that. And the love of GOD will manifest through us in form of care and share for all.

LORD of All is One
